The City of Tempe’s four north operations yards are at the end of their useful lives and in a rapidly redeveloping neighborhood. Our plan’s recommendations identified the most effective use of City properties and resources to meet operations needs while advancing the City’s development goals.

- Resolved long-standing site access concerns at recommended operations campus location to build unanimous support around selected site
- Delivered property divestment strategy that positions City to receive $100+ million in long-term economic development benefit
- Enabled the City to act decisively on real estate opportunities that will fund operations center construction
