Jordan joined MAKERS in fall 2022 supporting MAKERS’ federal planning team from the San Diego office. As a planner, she has a passion for taking a multifaceted approach to solving complex problems. Her educational background includes environmental science and city planning, and she published her thesis, Nuclear Power and Environmental Justice: A Sociodemographic Case Study of Decommissioned California Power Plants, in 2022. Her professional interests are environmental justice, nuclear waste storage, hazardous waste contamination, and sustainable development.
