With a degree in business administration and years of work in customer service and office administration, Taylor’s knowledge and experience makes her well-suited for her role at MAKERS. Prior to MAKERS, she was the HR and operations coordinator at a property management company of over 200 employees, managing corporate operations and performing a variety of HR tasks, including benefits enrollment, company acquisitions, office moves, and overall employee life cycles.
Taylor has learned that internal customer service is just as important as external. As the HR specialist at MAKERS, Taylor serves both employees and the firm with effective communication, problem-solving, and compassion, and she aims to create a positive impact.
